The Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures at George
Washington University has openings for Lecturers in Chinese at the
First, Second, and Third Year levels in the academic year 2008-2009.
Candidates should be native or native-equivalent speakers of Mandarin
Chinese and have experience in teaching Chinese. Preference will be
given to candidates with a Master's degree and with university-level
teaching experience. Applications are now being reviewed, and will
continue to be accepted until the positions are filled. Interested
